As part of the nationwide project “Green Space” initiated by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, consistent and large-scale activities are being implemented in Bukhara region, just as in all other regions of the country.
Representatives of Bukhara region actively participated in the tree-planting event attended by the Head of State. This initiative is particularly important as it aims to improve the ecological environment, expand green areas, and strengthen the health and well-being of the population.
Within the project, a regional park was established in Bukhara. This park has become a new green space in the area, serving as a place for residents to relax while contributing to ecological sustainability.
Additionally, rectors of higher education institutions in the region actively joined this noble initiative and personally took part in planting trees. This plays a key role in raising environmental awareness among young people and fostering a sense of care and responsibility toward nature.
Overall, activities carried out in Bukhara under the “Green Space” project help improve the region, increase the share of green areas, and create a healthy and comfortable environment for future generations.
